My name is Nestor Santtia and I'm a champion of all things green. Whether it be in my own personal life or in the lives of my students and clients, I aim to strive for sustainability from start to finish.

Throughout my 23 years of my experience as a general contractor, I've seen it all-the good, the bad, and the falling down dysfunctional. By working inside, outside, and underneath, literally taking structures apart and putting them back together again.

Knowing the inadequacies so common in today's construction approach, I have worked hard to become an expert in how to transform buildings into environmentally-sound, socially-responsible, healthy, and prosperous places to live and work. I am a Certified Green Building Technical Professional and a proud member of the US Green Building Council.

But my experience goes beyond mere buildings. Today, I am an expert in creating lasting businesses that are better-performing, highly profitable, and totally sustainable. Without a doubt, I believe that greener businesses have an edge and a defining characteristic that increases success and creates profits beyond those achieved by conventional businesses.
